This policy covers the Gen2Gen website (gen2genfamily.com) and "Gen2Gen Tools", the private app Gen2Gen uses to manage its own YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, ads or forms, and does not collect personal information from visitors.

Gen2Gen Tools and YouTube API Services

Gen2Gen Tools is used only by the Gen2Gen team, signed in with the Gen2Gen Google account. It uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule our own videos, edit their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and read our own channel analytics. It does not access, collect or store data about any other YouTube user.

The authorization token is stored only on the Gen2Gen team's own computer. It is not shared with or sold to anyone. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.

By using YouTube features through this app, the account holder agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Gen2Gen Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Instagram messages

If you comment a keyword on our Instagram posts, an automated reply sends you a link to the matching video by direct message. We only use that message to deliver the link you asked for, and Instagram's own policies apply to the conversation.
